Pavlova is a very common dessert in New Zealand. It consists of meringue, whipped cream and some fruits. I
tried it the other day and it was delicious!

fun fact: the dessert have been created in honour of the dancer Anna Pavlova around the one of her tours to Australia and New Zealand in the 1920s
